Is my credit card information secure on your site?
Yes, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it. Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges in excess of $50.00 that result from the unauthorized use of your credit card. There are similar federal laws that relate to debit cards. What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as any debit cards displaying these logos.
Is there any sales tax?
Sales tax is applied only to residents of Illinois.
When will my credit card be charged?

I have two addresses, which should I enter for the billing address?
For credit card verification, you must enter the exact address that appears on your credit card statement. The zip code and street address must match for our system to accept the order.
Should I enter spaces or dashes in my credit card number?
No. Your card number should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.
Why isn't your system accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. The most common are:
• The billing address does not match the address listed on your credit card statement.
• The security code is incorrect.
