Oolong Kwai Flower Organic Loose Leaf Oolong
This moderately oxidized Fujian Oolong, warm and woody, is complemented quite nicely by the addition of Osmanthus Blossoms - tiny late summer flowers prized by the Chinese for their rich, nectar-like flavor reminiscent of apricot and camomile.
Preparation: Two heaping teaspoons per 8oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 3 minutes.
