Shipping Information

Orders are typically shipped within three business days after receipt. UPS delivers to most US locations within 1-5 business days depending on proximity to our Chicago warehouse. Any order $50 or over and shipped anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States is eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping. These orders are typically shipped within three business days after receipt and will arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.

If you need your order sooner, would like to purchase less than $50, or would like to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, we offer the following UPS services at the following rates:

Standard UPS Ground: $4.75

Second Day: $13.95

The cutoff for Second Day Shipping is 2:00pm Central Time.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

Please note that these shipping options DO NOT INCLUDE weekend delivery. 

Yes.  Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number at the e-mail address you have provided. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, at 1-888-884-8327 extension 151.  You may also reach us by e-mail at info@tgtea.com.

We want you to be happy with all of the items that you have ordered.  We will gladly accept back any item in original condition that was purchased within 30 days of receipt. We will also cover the cost of return shipping for any orders which are incorrect or damaged. We cannot cover the cost of return shipping for items that are simply unwanted.

Yes. We include both a packing list and a receipt so that the recipient can verify that they have received the goods that they have purchased at the correct price.  A receipt is also sent to the e-mail address provided by the purchaser when an order is placed.

When a package is sent to a person other than the purchaser, or if the purchaser specifically notes that an order is a gift, only a packing list is included.

Naturally. The conversion chart below may prove useful:

1 kilogram (1000 grams) = 2.2 pounds = 35.3 ounces

1 kilogram  = approximately 325 eight ounce cups of tea

100 grams = 3.53 ounces

1 liter = 33.8 fluid ounces
