Sikkim Temi First Flush

The tiny Indian state of Sikkim boasts but a single tiny tea garden, known as Temi. Nestled tightly in against the mighty southern stretch of the Himalayas, Temi produces superb teas of a character that recall those of its neighbor, Darjeeling. Bright gold cup, sweet vegetal and muscatel highlights with dry finish.

Preparation: One heaping teaspoon per 8oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 2 minutes.
