South India Parkside First Flush

The famous Blue Mountains of Tamil Nadu--the Nilgiris--produce this delicate spring selection. The bright and brisk gold cup is reminiscent of Darjeeling First Flush, flashing bigger fruit notes of grape and peach on the way to a dry finish.

Preparation: One heaping teaspoon per 8oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled for approximately 5 minutes to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 2 minutes.
