This charming, spicy tea from the Kericho district in Kenya is produced according to the traditional "orthodox" method, a true exception in a market dominated by mass-production and machinery. Reddish brown cup with delightful notes of malt and fruit.
Preparation: One heaping teaspoon per 8oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 3 minutes.
