This hand-rolled Jasmine specialty is produced to order in limited quantities, during the month of April. Only the very finest shoots are plucked, then carefully processed to render a Green Tea of prime quality. The subtle jasmine scent and flavor is achieved by adding a generous quantity of freshly-picked jasmine blossoms. When the gentle steaming process is complete, the blossoms are then carefully extracted by hand.
3g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90° C/194° F. Allow to brew 2 min.
