Formosa Pi Lo Chun
While this exquisite style finds its historical home in Jiangsu Province, the capable tea makers of Taiwan have had little trouble mastering its delightful nuances. Widely esteemed (and once named) for its "astounding fragrance," this selection offers a lovely pale jade cup with notes of peach and summer flowers.
Preparation: Two level teaspoons per 8oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled for approximately 7-8 minutes to 80°C/176°F. Allow to brew 2 minutes.
