Da Zhang Shan Yuncui Jasmine Organic

In northern Jiangxi Province you will find the breathtaking Da Zhang Shan- or Big Barrier Mountains. Here, many lovely green teas are crafted, and this organic selection is no exception. Delicate and sweet, with just the right kiss of fresh August jasmine.

Preparation: Two level teaspoons per 8oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80 C/176 F. Allow to brew 2 minutes.
