My husband bought this teapot for me for my birthday in January. I didn't start using it for a couple of months. When I did start using it, it worked great for about 3 weeks. Then the heating element gave out. Now it doesn't work at all! I emailed TG's customer service about the problem in July, but they never responded .... |
