Assam Halmari

The pick of the best harvest season, the leaf of this oustanding Assam is - quite simply - splendid. Until now, Halmari has not been known for leaves of high calibre - like so many producers in the Brahmaputra region. But recently it has begun to stand out from the crowd, with outstanding leaves comparable to those of Mangalam or Mokalbaries Estates. This is a plantation to keep an eye on! Full-bodied, coppery red in the cup.

Tip: 13 g tea leaves (10 level Teelamass) to one liter soft, or filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 4 min.
