During excavations in Xinyang, home of the Mao Jian, antique vessels with tea were
found as burial objects - that’s how much this teas was valued back then already. There
is a window of 10 days only in the springtime when the tea is being plucked from the
fines and youngest of shoots. Smooth, mild and discreetly fruity in flavor, perfect for
green tea beginners as well as enthusiasts.
12 g tea leaves (8 heaping Teelamass) per 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled for about 10 min. to 80°C/176°F. Allow to brew for 2 min.
