The deep rich aroma of Madagascar vanilla makes for a velvety smooth, naturally sweetened tea that is excellent hot or iced.
Ingredients: Black tea from China, Sri Lanka and India, vanilla bean pieces and flavor.

Good tea, slight aftertaste, 24th Oct 2014

This vanilla tea is flavorful and delicious, but I find that it's best brewed in combination with another tea, as it leaves a slight aftertaste when brewed solo.

This tea is a classic for me. I have bought it from TeaGschwendner in Germany, Austria and now also in the US for more than 10 years. I has a pure and simple taste of vanilla which I prefer over overloaded mixtures of 5 different flavors.

35 years ago I found Vanilla Black Tea with actual pieces of vanilla bean. Then I could not find it any longer until TeaGschwendner. Excitement over a missing long time favorite. I absolutely love the tea - it is my best good morning ever. The vanilla gives the tea such a wonderful smooth flavor. I am so happy with this tea - nothing could make me change! Thank you

I've been bringing kilo bags of this vanilla tea back from my frequent business trips from Germany for over 20 years now. Imagine my joy when I learned I can order it in the US! It's my absolute favorite tea in the world. The aroma is rich, the tea is smooth. It's delicious with a bit of milk. I drink it every morning.

For several years, I have been trying many Gschwendner teas. My favorites are the black teas and Oolong. Although I like several black tea blends, the flavored black tea is what I usually prefer. Finally, among the flavored black teas, there are 3 or 4 blends that are absolute "must have" teas in my pantry. Vanilla is one of my "must have" teas. I don't think I can improve on the website's description as "velvety smooth, naturally sweetened." I drink it hot and never add anything to it. And it really is so smooth...never a trace of bitterness or harsh taste. I drink only one of my 3-4 favorite teas each day, and I really look forward to my "Vanilla day."
